Who we are

A supplier that understands what each piece protects against

At Industrial Work Shoes we stand out for the variety of high-quality occupational safety products at competitive prices. We are a company dedicated to marketing personal protective equipment for the care of workers, specialized in industrial footwear, and equally to the sale and manufacture of workwear, executive uniforms and embroidery and screen printing services.

What sets us apart is not the catalog — anyone can have a catalog — but the criteria used to build an order: what hazard each position carries, which standard applies, what size each person wears and how often it has to be replaced. That work is what makes the equipment actually get worn and what keeps the audit from finding gaps.

Why us

Why Tijuana plants buy from us again

Chosen by hazard, not by list price

Before quoting we map the hazard of the position. An A2 glove in a sheet metal job is cheap and does not protect; an A6 in fine assembly comes off within ten minutes.

Size measurement at your plant

We bring the measuring device, the sample range and try-on sizes. The order comes out with name, payroll number and size, not an approximate range.

In-house embroidery and screen printing

Marking is handled internally. There is no third party between the garment and the delivery date, and the lead time we give is the one that holds.

Scheduled replenishment

We set up the replenishment calendar based on your real consumption, so no operator walks onto the line with a worn-smooth sole.

Invoicing and business credit

We work with purchase orders, invoicing and the terms an industrial purchasing department requires.

Delivery at your plant

Tijuana, Mesa de Otay, Rosarito, Tecate, Ensenada and Mexicali. We deliver to the point of use when your warehouse allows it.

How we work

How a full-headcount order is built

Six steps. The first one is not quoting: it is understanding the hazard of each position.

Hazard assessment by position

We walk the areas with you and record what each position needs protection from: impact, cut, electrical risk, noise, particulates, height. That is where the PPE matrix NOM-017-STPS-2008 asks you to document comes from.

Sample range and on-site fitting

We bring try-on sizes to your plant. Staff try the recommended model and the list comes out with name, payroll number and size.

Itemized quote

Product, marking and freight separately, so you can compare against another proposal line by line with no surprises at the end.

Production and marking

Embroidery or screen printing with a physical sample approved before running the full lot. Nothing is produced off a screen.

Delivery and acknowledgement

Delivery at your plant with a per-employee acknowledgement list, which is what your EHS group needs for the file.

Replenishment calendar

With the first cycle's consumption we schedule replenishment and the size stock for the year's new hires.

FAQ

What we are asked most

We serve both. Most of our work is plant supply with purchase orders and invoicing, but we also sell by the piece at our counter on Calle Durango 2.

Yes, and it is what we recommend for any full-headcount order. We bring the measuring device, the sample range and try-on sizes, and the order comes out with name, payroll number and size.

From 22 to 31, half sizes included, in men's and women's lasts. Half sizes are not an extra: the difference between a 26 and a 26.5 is usually exactly the heel blister.

Both. We also manufacture workwear and executive uniforms, so when the parent company asks for a color, a cut or a pocket that does not exist off the shelf, we make it.

In house. Computerized embroidery and screen printing are part of our service, so the lead time depends on us and not on an intermediate supplier.

Yes. We work with purchase orders, invoicing and the terms an industrial purchasing department requires. Credit terms are reviewed case by case.
