Twelve answers to what plants and buyers in Baja California ask us most.

Twelve answers

We serve both. Most of our work is plant supply with purchase orders and invoicing, but we also sell by the piece at our counter on Calle Durango 2.

Yes, and it is what we recommend for any full-headcount order. We bring the measuring device, the sample range and try-on sizes, and the order comes out with name, payroll number and size.

From 22 to 31, half sizes included, in men's and women's lasts. Half sizes are not an extra: the difference between a 26 and a 26.5 is usually exactly the heel blister.

Both. We also manufacture workwear and executive uniforms, so when the parent company asks for a color, a cut or a pocket that does not exist off the shelf, we make it.

In house. Computerized embroidery and screen printing are part of our service, so the lead time depends on us and not on an intermediate supplier.

Yes. We work with purchase orders, invoicing and the terms an industrial purchasing department requires. Credit terms are reviewed case by case.

Tijuana and Mesa de Otay directly, and Playas de Rosarito, Tecate, Ensenada and Mexicali on scheduled delivery. For recurring orders we build a consolidated delivery calendar that reduces freight.

Yes. We carry models under NOM-113-STPS-2009 for Mexico, ASTM F2413 when the parent is American and EN ISO 20345 when it is European. Send us the specification and we will tell you which model meets it.

It gets exchanged. On plant orders we bring try-on sizes precisely to reduce that case, but when it happens the exchange is resolved without argument as long as the pair has not been worn on the floor.

By condition, not calendar: worn sole, struck cap, open upper or destroyed lining. With the first cycle's consumption we schedule replenishment so it does not depend on somebody remembering.

Yes: coveralls, gowns, bouffants, shoe covers, face masks and disposable gloves. This line is quoted by monthly consumption with scheduled delivery, so the entrance never opens without material.

At minimum: what product, how many pieces and for which position. Ideally: your hazard matrix or the list of positions, and the document if there is a corporate specification. With that, the quote comes out right the first time.
