Industrial Uniforms Built to Survive the Shift and the Wash
Sale and manufacture of workwear, executive uniforms and embroidery and screen printing services, with sizing by named list and scheduled replenishment.
An industrial uniform is judged at twelve months, not on delivery day. What decides whether it gets there is the fabric blend, the construction of the stress seams and the dye quality — which shows when half the headcount's navy has shifted and the other half's has not.
At Industrial Work Shoes we both sell and manufacture workwear, executive uniforms and the embroidery and screen printing service. That means we can start from catalog — Port Authority, SanMar, Gildan, Hanes — or manufacture to specification when the parent company asks for a color, a cut or a pocket that does not exist off the shelf.
The order is taken as a named list with a size per employee, and we set up the replenishment calendar and the replacement size stock for the year's new hires. That is the difference between a uniform program and a loose purchase repeated badly every year.
What to check in this line
Sale and manufacture
From catalog when the model exists; to specification when the parent asks for a color, cut or pocket that is not off the shelf.
Sizing by named list
A size per employee, with payroll number. Without that, a 300-piece order ends with forty garments nobody wears.
In-house embroidery and screen printing
Marking is solved in house, so there is no third party between the garment and the delivery date.
Replenishment stock
Replacement sizes set aside for the year's new hires, so a March start does not wait for next year's order.
