Safety Footwear
Footwear is the piece of personal protective equipment a worker wears the longest and the first one they stop wearing when it hurts. That is why Industrial Work Shoes does not sell a single model "for everyone": we map the actual hazard of each position — impact, compression, electrical risk, oils, wet floors, temperature — and the recommendation comes from there.
We stock protective footwear that meets NOM-113-STPS-2009, the Mexican standard that classifies footwear by protection type and defines the impact and compression test methods. For plants reporting to a US parent we also supply models under ASTM F2413, and under EN ISO 20345 when the parent company is European.
We carry sizes 22 to 31 with half sizes, in men's and women's lasts. A full-headcount order can be taken with an on-site fitting visit: we bring the measuring device, the sample range and try-on sizes to your plant, and the order comes out with employee name, badge number and size.

Ergonomic-Flex polycarbonate toe cap
Covers all five toes, is 33 % lighter than steel, does not splinter or fracture on impact and is 100 % dielectric. It transfers neither cold nor heat into the boot.
Dual-density dielectric sole
Direct-injected TPU-PU: resists oils, gasoline and solvents, and performs the same on asphalt and unpaved ground. The ergonomic slip-resistant tread is what carries the full shift.
Real sizing from 22 to 31
With half sizes and a women's last. A plant order is filled against a named list, not an "approximate size range".

We map historical consumption and leave the replacement calendar set up so no operator walks onto the line with a worn-smooth sole.

About safety footwear
Polycarbonate is 33 % lighter, does not conduct electricity, does not transfer temperature and does not splinter: on impact it deforms and returns. Steel is cheaper and thinner, so it leaves slightly more room inside. For maquiladora and electrical maintenance we recommend polycarbonate; for heavy construction on a tight budget, steel is still valid.
We carry a true women's last. A small men's last runs wide at the heel and narrow at the metatarsals, and that is the most common reason a female worker stops wearing her footwear.
It depends on the model and the size mix. What we can commit to is the fitting visit at your plant and a firm delivery date before you release the purchase order.
Yes. On full-headcount orders we bring the sample range and try-on sizes to the plant so staff can fit before the order is placed.
