Gel Insoles, Laces and Accessories That Extend Footwear Life

Preformed EVA insole with arch support, heel cup and a gel heel. It is the cheapest part that genuinely changes the shift of someone standing twelve hours.

Safety Footwear

The insole is the component that wears out fastest and gets replaced least. When an operator says "the boot is done", what is often finished is the insole: the upper and the sole still have months of life left.

We carry preformed EVA insoles with a textile cover with moisture absorption and release properties, arch support and heel cup, a breathing zone at the metatarsals, ergonomic embossing, shank reinforcement for comfort along the longitudinal arch, and a gel heel that absorbs walking impact.

Replacing insoles halfway through the footwear cycle is the lowest-cost, highest-perceived-impact intervention in a PPE program. It costs a fraction of the pair and brings back the feel of new footwear.

What to check in this line

Arch support and heel cup

Support the longitudinal arch and stabilize the heel, which is where the load of every step lands.

Gel heel

Absorbs walking impact. On concrete floors it is the difference between a tolerable shift and one you feel in the knee.

Moisture management

Textile cover with absorption and release: the foot ends the shift dry, which is half the fungus problem.

Removable and washable

Comes out to dry and gets replaced without touching the rest of the boot.

Where it is used

  • Prolonged standing positions on assembly lines
  • Mid-cycle footwear replenishment
  • Staff with flat arches or diagnosed fasciitis
  • Twelve-hour shifts
  • Continuous walking in warehouses
  • Lace and hardware replacement
Questions

About insoles and accessories

They help with impact and arch support, but fasciitis is a medical diagnosis. If pain persists, the right step is for the company physician to see it; the insole supports treatment, it does not replace it.

With daily full-shift use it is common to replace it two or three times over the life of the pair. The sign is flattened embossing and a heel that has lost its rebound.

Yes, if the internal volume allows. Size should be measured with the orthopedic insole already in place, since it changes the fit.

Yes, reinforced laces and accessories. That is what keeps a complete pair from being scrapped over a broken lace.
