Computerized Logo Embroidery on Uniforms and Workwear
Professional digitizing of your logo, a physical sample before production, and embroidery that survives a full industrial wash cycle.
Embroidery looks bad for one reason: the digitizing. Digitizing is translating the logo into a stitch sequence, and that is where it is decided whether small lettering is readable, whether the outline stays clean and whether the fabric puckers after washing.
We digitize the design and produce a physical sample before running production. It is a step many skip and the cause of 90 % of the embroidery customers reject once the 300 pieces are already made.
We embroider on shirts, polos, vests, jackets, caps and coveralls, on chest, sleeve and back. On high-visibility garments we embroider while respecting the fluorescent area and the retroreflective tape, so the garment's function is not compromised.
What to check in this line
Professional digitizing
The stitch file is built for the fabric and the final size. Generic digitizing is what makes small lettering close up.
Sample before production
One physical piece is approved before running the 300. It is the step that prevents rejection of the whole lot.
Individual names and departments
Each garment with its own file. Quoted separately from the logo because it is different work.
Embroidery on high-visibility garments
Placed without reducing the fluorescent area or covering retroreflective tape.
Where it is used
- Company logo on the chest
- Employee name and number
- Department or area identification
- Corporate caps and jackets
- High-visibility vests
- Supplier and contractor garments
