Disposable Apparel, Bouffants, Shoe Covers and Cleanroom Consumables
High-volume consumables on a scheduled delivery: coveralls, bouffants, shoe covers, gowns and masks. They run out fast and cannot be missing at the entrance.
In cleanrooms, medical device and food processing, disposables are not an accessory: they are part of the entry procedure. If the bouffant dispenser is empty at six in the morning, the line stops or someone walks in without one. Both options are expensive.
We carry coveralls with and without hoods, gowns, bouffant caps, shoe covers and disposable boots, face masks, nitrile gloves and cleaning consumables. Material and weight are chosen by area: protecting the product from the operator and protecting the operator from the process are not always the same garment.
This line is quoted by monthly consumption with scheduled delivery. That is how the warehouse avoids carrying three months of inventory and how the entrance never opens without material.
What to check in this line
Coveralls with and without hoods
Different weights depending on whether the product or the operator is being protected. With elastic cuffs and covered zippers where the area requires.
Bouffants, shoe covers and disposable boots
The highest-turnover consumable at the entrance. Quoted by monthly consumption, not by loose case.
Disposable nitrile gloves
Powder-free, in several gauges. For food processing and medical device as the area requires.
Scheduled delivery
A replenishment calendar so the entrance never opens without material and the warehouse does not carry dead inventory.
Where it is used
- Medical device cleanrooms
- Electronics assembly and ESD areas
- Food processing and packaging
- Laboratory and quality control
